Whether working with an imported document image or one scanned from any desktop  scanner, Scan Track makes it easy to scan, approve, store, find, preview, print, sort and manage documents. Because Scan Track uses a standard interface (TWAIN) you’ll never be limited by the hardware. Want a faster scanner? Use a faster scanner.

To have an easily accessible copy of signed documents, such as Collection Notes or Proof of Delivery, signed document are scanned and automatically linked to the original bisTrack document. You could then send a copy of the signed documents with your month-end statements to speed collections and cut down on queries.

To store and track incoming documents such as a purchase orders or supplier invoices by barcode, you can attach your own barcode label for easy retrieval. Scan Track links the bar-coded document with the relevant bisTrack document.
