It’s something of a cliché, but our customers are our lifeblood, without them we wouldn't be here. They’re all different and we’ve learnt something from each of them whilst helping them with their business problems.

In the past people have dismissed us as ‘timber specialists’, but that would be a mistake. We know a lot about timber, but we also know a lot about the quirks and idiosyncrasies of other industries like:

• steel stockholders
• window manufacturers

• timber importers and sawmills
• agricultural supply merchants
