Alsford gets on bisTrack

Alsford Timber is to implement Progressive Solutions' bisTrack software across its 20 branches.

"The primary reason for its selection was the 'business fit'. Above all we wanted a Microsoft Windows-based, intuitive solution which would best serve our claim to be 'The Timber Experts' in all of our 20 branches."

Mr Fuller said bisTrack's customisable "dashboard" feature, which gives a real-time view of business performance, was a key factor influencing the purchase decision.

Meanwhile, Progressive Solutions is to offer potential clients a web-based guide through bisTrack.

Using web conferencing, Progressive will be able to remotely show companies a working demonstration of the software on their computer desktop. The interactive tool can also be used for training and implementation of the software via the web, saving time and money, according to Progressive.
