Centralised, rapid access to documents

Scan Track is tightly integrated with bisTrack so that scanning and document management are controlled directly from bisTrack. Documents you might scan:

• customer purchase orders
• signed documents, e.g. collection notes from the counter, signed delivery notes
• incoming supplier invoices and credit notes
• general documentation, e.g. signed customer terms and conditions, supplier price lists, scanned product images
• outgoing legal documents, e.g. sales invoices.

Barcodes identify, trace and unite documents

Scan Track includes barcode recognition and can detect barcodes that you print on bisTrack documents using any suitable Windows font, which allows you to:

• associate signed documents, such as collection notes or proof of delivery, with the original document in bisTrack
• store and track incoming documents by barcode.
