We have launched bisTrack 2, the new version of our Windows-based management software.

bisTrack 2 offers exciting new functionality as part of the standard package and a raft of optional applications. The software has already attracted attention for its rich mix of new features and changes and enhancements to existing functions at a series of successful launch events.

A new ‘Dashboard Design Module’ allows users to customise their own ‘snapshot’ view of how the business is performing. The dashboard is a central feature of bisTrack and allows users to view the information most important to them, including information from outside bisTrack, in the style they want. A new ‘Smart Lists’ tool has also been added so users can create and save custom displays of live bisTrack data.

New optional applications include Scan Track, enabling users to scan any paperwork, such as signed PoDs, into the system, relate them to bisTrack transactions and retrieve them quickly and easily.

Web Track gives companies with their own website an additional way of trading. Mobile-Sales Rep is a new application allowing the field sales team to access live information on smart phones. The new Data Warehouse enables business analysts to capture and interrogate far more information than is shown in standard bisTrack, with the information held on a separate server so it won’t impose on performance. bisTrack’s new eBusiness module is available for electronic trading and invoicing with customers and suppliers.

Existing bisTrack users will automatically have their software upgraded to incorporate the new standard features of bisTrack 2.
