As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping our customers informed, I would like to confirm the following changes in the organisation.

In early July we will see the retirement of one of our key personnel, Rob Collins, who will be stepping back and enjoying a more leisurely pace of life. Rob has played an important part in many of your installations and I know you will join me in wishing him well.
 
I have pleasure in confirming that Arthur Duffy will be taking over as the Director of our UK Operations. I’m sure many of you will have already met with Arthur and you can be content in the knowledge that he will continue to drive both Progressive Solutions and bisTrack forward and enhance our customer partnerships.
 
In addition I’m pleased to announce that Gary Brookshaw is now our Product Director, with responsibility for all product related issues both in Development and Support. Gary will also continue to coordinate the global product development.
 
As always we have the team of Tony Watson, our Support Manager; Paul Jones, Implementation Manager and Sue McMullen, Administration and Marketing Manager, there to assist you where necessary.
