Date: 01 Mar 2008 Progressive Solutions, which has seen sales increase by 40% percent over the last 12 months, has expanded its graduate sales team with the appointment of Barrylee Cyples and Johnathan Pascall. They join David Brierley and Richard Jones, the company’s first graduate sales recruits, who were taken on last year. Director of Sales Arthur Duffy says, “We decided to introduce a policy of developing a ‘home grown sales team’ which would mature alongside the company. This approach works well with software - since intensive product, industry and business training is required, it enables us to develop our team’s knowledge from scratch. Specifying the right software for builders’ and timber merchants requires the ability to build up an in-depth understanding of every aspect of a prospect’s business. Therefore our emphasis on rigorous training is essential if we are to provide a solution which addresses all the business challenges of individual customers. bisTrack is used by over 3,500 users in the UK to manage sales, purchasing, stock control and associated functions. New modules have recently been introduced to manage eBusiness and trading over the internet. |
