New services team

Spring is here and we've been thinking about how we can do a bit of spring cleaning and serve our customers better. The result of this thinking and a bit of an internal reshuffle is the creation of the new Services team.

The Services team brings together the strengths of the Implementation project management people and the Support helpdesk team under a single banner.

The new team is led by Paul Jones, Services Director and self-appointed 'customer champion'. The mantra right from the start of his time with Progressive Solutions has been Excellence.

A simple word, but a whole lot of things needed to put in place to achieve. A key part of the new strategy to please is the creation of the new Services Team.
