bisTrack now integrated with sales ledger

Progressive Solutions' bisTrack software now offers users an integrated Sales Ledger that can be partnered with Microsoft Dynamics GP accounts to provide labour saving advantages to bisTrack users, particularly for credit control.

Ian Knox, bisTrack financial consultantFlagging any changes to customer status only needs doing once in the bisTrack Sales Ledger, and avoids any duplication of work or synchronisation. Cash matching routines, which can be long winded in many other packages, has also been designed to be straightforward.

Statements, including retrospective copy statements, can be emailed direct from bisTrack Sales Ledger and credit control phone lists and letters can be produced automatically using bisTrack's data rules manager.

Individual invoices can be flagged in dispute , with 'bespoke' dispute codes relevant to that specific business. You can also include or exclude disputed items during cash posting.

Sitting alongside the bisTrack Sales Ledger, the nominal and purchase ledgers of Microsoft Dynamics GP can deliver further benefits. Parameters can be set for greater control of batch payments and future proofing of accounts is easier, through the ability to set up multi-segment nominal codes.

"Other packages would have difficulty delivering the wealth of detailed information that is instantly accessible from GP's report generator," says Progressive Solutions' Ian Knox. "Real time financial reports can be produced whenever they are required and the drill down facility means that any figures can be interrogated straight from the report.

"Standard bisTrack functionality such as the creation of specific dashboards for credit controllers can then be exploited to strengthen the bisTrack/GP partnership even further and to offer merchants the ultimate in accounting performance and control."
