To have an easily accessible copy of signed documents, such as Collection Notes or Proof of Delivery, signed document are scanned and automatically linked to the original bisTrack document. You can then send a copy of the signed documents with your month-end statements to speed collections and cut down on queries.
To store and track incoming documents such as a purchase orders or supplier invoices by barcode, you can attach your own barcode label for easy retrieval. Scan Track links the barcoded document with the relevant bisTrack document.
