Our CRM product started life as a way for us to track our own projects internally, keep in touch with customers and monitor our use of time. It’s become part of what makes Progressive Solutions tick, and is now an indispensible tool in our daily life. So good in fact, that we opened it up to the outside world.

One company we know recorded each new customer in a total of 12 different places. Clearly this is nonsensical, but it’s a situation that’s all too common with internal systems that evolve, rather than being planned upfront.

Some of our bigger customers are pretty sophisticated in the way they look after their customers, and have enterprise-level requirements of their customer databases, that’s where CRM comes in. Smaller operations use CRM as a simple contacts database and notepad, to support their marketing efforts.

When you add in our integration with Microsoft Outlook for diary appointments, CRM and Outlook together add up to a sure-fire recipe for success.
