Customer portal

The customer portal is the place for Progressive customers to:

  • view incidents and raise new incidents
  • get training documentation and demonstration videos
  • PDF downloads
  • submit software change requests
  • download the latest versions of software

Sorry, customers only! The portal is at https://supportportal.progressive-solutions.co.uk. All customers should have a username and password, but if you need a reminder just get in touch.

There are two levels of access to the portal — full and training mode only. That way you can give your staff access to all the learning materials and videos, without showing the full account details. You can add the customer portal to the bisTrack software (PDF download) to make things simpler.
